Certifications

I am a Licensed Family Dog Mediator - Training Division, Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner, double-state licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (California and Indiana), and Fear Free Certified Professional.

Experience

For two years, I was a Teaching Assistant to my mentor and Karen Pryor Academy Faculty Member Nan Arthur for the Academy’s Dog Trainer Professional Workshops. While in San Diego, I was a Tierrasanta Veterinary Hospital’s resident puppy trainer 2016-2019.

Commitment

I am a supporting member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. Additionally, I continue my education in the most current science-based, positive reinforcement techniques and theory via research, seminars, and workshops, including Master Course - Aggression in Dogs.

Giving Back

I work with Quinn Veterinary Clinic and Behavior Center in Huntington, Indiana. I also volunteered for JAB Canid Education and Conservation Center as a trainer for several of their Siberian Domesticated Foxes.
